Rick joined Spring Point in 2012 following a 23 year military career. Rick brings a unique blend of experience, business acumen, and an ability to get things done. His military ventures included two combat tours in naval aviation, management of Marine Corps weapons purchasing, oversight of $2 billion of Iraqi reconstruction contracts, and running operations at the US Navy survival school in Maine.

Rick was also the US Programs and Sales Manager for European defense contractors during which time he began consulting with Spring Point Solutions and learning the nuances of the industrial software business.
