United Industrial Group in Washington, PA has been a very satisfied Motorbase client since 2010. We have grown with Motorbase from the early days when it was hosted on our server to today’s suite of offerings. I appreciate the integrated nature of the system which allows us to manage our financials and easily document work, quote jobs, and order parts. Motorbase is central to all of our processes. As additional features have been added, we have integrated these into our processes improving both quality of our work and productivity. For example, Mobile Paperwork allows us to quickly and accurately take incoming and inspection photographs and save them to the job. This has saved us considerable time and has allows us to provide higher quality quotes to our customers by adding photographs to support the descriptions of necessary repairs. I could not be happier with our Motorbase experience. Motorbase is a great product that I’ll continue to recommend to other repair shops.
